Fortunately, as long as you are careful and patient, you can get what you want! It is relatively simple to apply ordinary nail polish first and add a layer of gel on it after it dries. Apply a layer of gel on ordinary nail polish

2. Let nail polish dry thoroughly.

3. Brush gel top oil.

4. Use LED or ultraviolet light to irradiate and cure the top oil.

5. Wipe off the sticky layer with an alcohol wipes.

1. Gently polish the nails with a polishing strip or nail file to make them dull

2. Wipe off dust with alcohol wipes.

3. Brush a layer of gel nail polish.

4. Cure the base oil with LED or UV light

5. Wipe off the sticky layer on each nail with alcohol.

6. Apply 1 to 2 thin coats of regular nail polish.

7. Let nail polish dry thoroughly.

8. Add a layer of gel top oil.

9. Place your hand under the light and wait for enough time according to the instructions to allow the top oil to solidify.

10. Wipe off the sticky layer with an alcohol wipes.

Matters needing attention

  • Using ultraviolet or LED curing lamps can expose the skin to a large amount of ultraviolet radiation, which can cause skin damage over time. If you often do gel nails, you must apply a layer of broad-spectrum sunscreen or wear a pair of UV resistant nail gloves to protect your hands

  • Before applying any nail polish, trim and polish the nails to the desired length and shape. After nail polish is applied, trimming the nail shape will destroy the nail enhancement effect.

  • Generally, LED lights take 30 seconds, while UV lights take 2 minutes.

  • Covering the edge of the nail helps protect nail polish from nicks.

  • If you use quick drying nail polish, you may only need to wait 15 to 20 minutes to apply top oil

  • If nail polish is applied too thick, it will affect the adhesion of gel topcoat

  • Disposable alcohol wipes
