Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for self broadcasting live rooms, overall product operation, and developing different operational strategies for content activities and user revenue direction;
2. Manage daily live streaming operations, including anchor training, venue control, scripting, pallet sorting, live streaming, event planning, data review, etc;
3. Cooperate with the anchor to optimize the live broadcast rhythm, script script, real-time link publishing, as well as back-end work such as site control, traffic attraction, and preview release, to control the content and quality of the anchor's live broadcast;
4. Collect and analyze various live streaming data, optimize the live streaming process, content, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
1. College degree or above, major not limited;
2. More than 1 year of live streaming operation experience, familiar with mainstream live streaming platform operations;
3. Have certain data analysis skills and judgment, and have the ability to collaborate across departments;
4. Experience in successfully operating a live streamer is preferred.
